Elizabeth Arden Estate Renovation

For this project, a fellow student and I worked with the Travis Mills Foundation in creating promotional imagery for a project in Rome, Maine that was going to be converting a locally historic estate into a recreational retreat for military veterans and their families. The estate, which was run by Elizabeth Arden through the mid 20th century, was a high-end beauty spa and retreat that hosted many celebs of the era including Judy Garland and Ava Gardner.

The building had been vacant for many years and needed considerable work to get it to the standard required for the new veterans retreat. So, the imagery that we were tasked to create needed to paint a picture to the public that breathed a bit of life back into this neglected structure and its many outbuildings.
